I have the version I purchased a new laptop but can't find my old discs. I am working on my Christmas cards so I need my address book which is in my files , but right on the front page of the install book, which you don't get until AFTER you purchase it, It states that this version does not have a mail merge capability, which is why I purchased this program in the first place!

And I'll have to use it, I'm a Senior Citizen on a fixed income. I've used Print Shop for years, and I loved it, but this a rip off, shame on you!!! When choosing a graphic, most of the ones I choose, say insert Art Disk No art disk came with the product. Also not available for download.

A lot of the graphics are available for download, just not most of the one I chose. I purchased this program because I wanted certain graphics that show on the program. I should have purchased in the store and I would have received the full program. I know it says Not Refundable. I now know why. I have used this program in different versions before. It always came with the graphics. Unable to insert most graphics.

I have emailed the company several times with no response. I was told by another customer that I needed to purchase a separate clip art CD. This is not mentioned in the Current description. I had also previously installed to my hard disk the contents of the two Art CD's. At some point, the main PS application stopped functioning and wanted me to re-install from disc - which, of course, I couldn't find in the mess of my office.

Then, uninstalled PS 23 from my machine. Installed without a problem - although the "prerequisite" installer tried to install some junk which I said no thanks to. Once everything was done, I rebooted the machine. The application started with no problem afterwards.
